IMPORTANT BADGE INFORMATION- MUST READ!
Only complete one badge request per company, duplicate entries will not be processed. Be sure to have each employees individual name and email do NOT use the same name or email for multiple badges, every badge request MUST have it’s own employee name and their correlating email. Only complete this form when you have all the details to do so. After submission of this badge form, any changes or edits will be considered a new badge and a $20 processing fee for badge change/edit will be applied to your account pre show. Any edits, new badges or re printed badges on show site incur a $60 processing fee.
Badges Must be Submitted by: April 20th
If additional exhibitor badges are needed, they may be purchased on this form for $20 per badge. Exhibitor badges will also be available to purchase at the exhibitor services desk on show site. Note: Any badge printing on site will incur a $60 fee.
A week prior to Show, a confirmation email with a QR code will be sent to all who have registered. At Show site, either type in your name or scan the QR code at fast track to print badges at the Exhibitor Services desk.
