INDO EXPO EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
Insurance: Event insurance is inexpensive but mandatory to have for participation in all INDO EXPO events. Exhibitor is required to obtain and maintain through the last day of the event Agreement, liability and workers compensation insurance, each individual policy having coverage limits of the greater of either at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per person, Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per aggregate event, or the coverage of the applicable venue contract.
- Liability insurance must be comprehensive general liability insurance, covering claims for bodily injury, property damage, contractual violations, and operation of mobile equipment, produce and liquor liability, if applicable.
- Exhibitor is required by INDO EXPO and Facility to name Indo Expo Trade Show, LLC and the Denver Mart LLC (Denver, CO) or Portland Expo Center (Portland, OR) as additionally insured persons and a certificate holderson any policy obtained pursuant to this section.
- It is mandatory that all event Exhibitors obtain and provide proof of additional insured endorsements, primary coverage endorsements, and complete copies of policies within sixty (60) days before the ﬁrst scheduled day of Event. Please send firstname.lastname@example.org copies of your policies.
- All insurance must be obtained pursuant to an Agreement and shall be primary of any other insurance obtained by the Exhibitor and shall be written on an occurrence basis. Claims-made policies are/do not constitute compliance with this Agreement.

Security: INDO EXPO has full time security at show site from move-in through move out and overnight. While security personnel are present, INDO EXPO is not responsible for loss or theft. Please be aware of your surroundings, and do not leave items unattended. Secured storage at most venues is available. During move in, do not leave products exposed, place items in the secured storage locked room, or bring items in, each morning with you. At the end of each day, place valuables in locked storage, or bring home with you. Do not leave items in your car during the event. Smaller items such as hats, stickers, t-shirts are easy targets, be sure to only place those items out while you have personnel in the booth. Do not leave computers, cell phones or personal bags/purses unattended at any time. INDO will not be responsible for any theft at show site, if a theft occurs, contact INDO Staff immediately, a venue report and police report can /will be produced and you may use these reports to notify and make claims with your insurance company.
Booth & Event Spaces: All INDO EXPO Events are held in non union facilities. You may bring in your own labor, for booth builds, COI’s (Certificate of Insurance) are only needed if labor is using booms/lifts/heavy equipment/machinery. Please contact your show coordinator if COI’s are needed. Labor working during move in and assisting with move out, DO NOT NEED to be badged.
Standard Booth: A standard booth is one 10’ (width) x 10’(depth) booth.
End Booth / Corner Booth: An end booth is a standard booth bordered by aisles OR openings on two sides.
Booth Height: If an extension or increase of height is needed, please note the following: (1) graphics/signs are limited to company name/logo (no sample sale signs, discounts, show specials, etc.); (2) the exhibit is a professionally constructed display and does not present a safety hazard; (3) all sides of the additional height are finished and back side cannot include company name/product, etc. or anything that would interfere with neighboring exhibits; (4) a maximum of 10’ will be allowed for a booth build, signage, etc. and no product will be allowed above 9’; (5) show management has sole discretion to require any displays to be lowered at any time during the show move-in or during the show.
Space Assignment Requests: All space assignments will be considered based on what will be best for the Exhibitor and the Show as a whole. Location requests will be honored when possible.
Booth Share / Label Fees: The agreement between Indo Expo Trade Show and the main Exhibitor allows for one (1) company or brand to be shown within the contracted booth space. Fees are applied for additional labels and or booth shares. Additional labels will be included within all marketing materials, where applicable, listed on booth sign. Booth shares are treated as an exhibitor and offered all perks of attending as the main company.
$1,500 – Booth share fee, per each additional company showing out of the main Exhibitor’s booth space.
$250 for each additional brand or label shown within a contracted booth space.
Swag / Demonstrations: Feel free to distribute swag or samples, but please note nothing with Cannabis or THC may be sold, distributed or consumed on Show site. Please do provide product demonstrations, provide samples and have fun.
Exhibitor Badges: A link will be sent by your show coordinator, 4 weeks prior to show date to register your booth personnel. Each 10 x 10 receives 4 complimentary exhibitor badges, additional exhibitor badges may be purchased via the event’s exhibitor badge link and if done prior to deadlines, it is $20 per additional exhibitor badge. All exhibitor badges processed, printed, or re printed at show site will incur a $40 fee per badge. All exhibitor badges may be picked up during move in, or mornings of event days at the Exhibitor services desks or fast track stations with a QR code. Staff that assist with move in and move out ONLY do NOT need exhibitor badges to enter the floor those days.
It is illegal to distribute, consume or purchase any THC products at the INDO EXPO Show.
The Indo Expo Show will take place in Expo Halls 1, 2 and 3 and the Plaza. ADDRESS: The Denver Mart~ Expo Building/Plaza Building, 451 East 58th Avenue, Denver CO 80216
The Expo Building has a “grey” carpet. Please note, absolutely NOTHING is to be attached to the building walls, floors, carpet or ceilings. Driving nails, tacks, staples or the use of tape on the buildings walls, floor or ceilings is NOT permitted. Only free standing displays are allowed. Any damages must be paid by Exhibitor prior to move-out.
Each 10 x 10 space includes: 1-8ft non skirted table (8’ long, 30” wide, 30” tall), 2 chairs, wastebasket, 500 watts electric, fully carpeted halls and exhibit spaces, 4 exhibitor badges, Wifi and all cars/complimentary parking, exhibitor identification sign, alpha listing in the show directory, complimentary tickets to all INDO EXPO networking events and more.
ALL EXHIBITORS: Nothing may be hung from the ceiling in the Denver Mart facility. This included signage directly above your booth space or in other areas of the venue. Vehicles are allowed with permits, contact show coordinator if needed. Food and Alcohol samples are allowed but must meet FDA rules and samples must be bite size for food and .5 on liquor and 1oz on wine and beer.
Expo 1: These are individual glass rooms with 7’9″ ceilings. The doorway height is 79”. Each room can be locked. Exhibiting within Expo 1 is an ideal option for clients with valuables who wish to secure their space overnight. Pop up tents are NOT allowed in Expo 1. Keys to rooms will be available to rent during set up for a $20 deposit fee. Nothing may rise above 7′ in Expo 1.
Expo 2: This Hall has ample lighting, 18′ ceilings, and a fully carpeted floor. Exhibitors have a 10’ MAX height build for all structures, signs, tents, etc. Sponsors may build up to 14’ high, no build/sign/tent may go above 14′. All booth spaces will be provided with 8′ high black back and side drape. 10′ x 10′ Tents will be allowed. NO tents larger than 10′ x 10′ are allowed.
Expo 3: These rooms have ample lighting and 8′ (eight) foot ceilings. All exhibitors within Expo 3 have an 8′ (eight) foot MAX height build for all booth structures, signs, tents, etc. All booth spaces will be provided with an 8′ high back drape and a 3′ high side drape. 10′ x 10′ or smaller pop up tents are allowed but MAY NOT rise above 8′. Adjustable legged pop up tents do best in this hall. Tents with flat roofs are ideal in this hall.
The Indo Expo Show will take place in Expo Hall C & D.

The venue has all concrete floors, 30 foot ceilings, and ample light. Please note, absolutely NOTHING is to be attached to the building walls, floors or ceilings. Driving nails, tacks, staples or the use of tape on the buildings walls, floor or ceilings is NOT permitted. Only free standing displays are allowed. Any damages must be paid by Exhibitor prior to move-out.
Each 10 x 10 space includes 1 8ft SKIRTED table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, 500 watts electric, 4 exhibitor badges, wifi, one (1) complimentary exhibitor parking spot, Exhibitor identification sign, alpha listing in the show directory, and complimentary tickets to all INDO EXPO networking events.
All Exhibitors may build up to 10’ feet in booth height. The backs of booth extensions must be finished, clean, and not used for selling product, be aware of your neighbors and what they will see from the back side. Sponsors may build booth structures and signage, pop ups, up to 14’.
ALL EXHIBITORS: Pop up tents are allowed. Any tents larger than 10 x 10 must have INDO EXPO and venue pre approval, contact your show coordinator. Vehicles are allowed with permits, contact show coordinate if needed. Nothing may be hung from the ceiling, this included signage directly above your booth space or in other areas of the venue.
It is illegal to distribute, consume or purchase any THC products at the INDO EXPO Show. INDO EXPO abides by the laws in each state our Shows are produced. All vendors must also comply with the state, city, venue and INDO EXPO rules regarding sales, promotion of and business in regards to any marijuana products.
