May I sell my hemp / CBD product?
If you are legally allowed to sell retail merchandise, pay taxes per your state laws and follow all laws regarding your sales transactions, Yes.
What packages are available to Hemp Exhibitors?
Hemp Exhibitors have the option of purchasing a 4’ skirted table package for $400, 6’ skirted table package for $600, or an 8’ skirted table package for $800.
What is included in the Hemp Booth Package?
2 chairs, skirted table, Wifi, complimentary porter service to assist you with move in / out, complimentary tickets to all INDO EXPO evening networking events, 4 exhibitor staff badges.
Are there any other costs incurred outside of the set booth rate?
Additional fees do apply for: electric drops, shipping, additional furniture, carpet, etc. Contact your show coordinator for the Exhibitor Kit to review all additional items offered.
How can I enter my hemp product and or attend the GHC Hemp Awards & Product Competition 2019? (Only available at Denver Shows.)

How does INDO EXPO Promote the events?
Indo Expo shows have a strong presence on social media platforms, online event calendars, along with national and local print advertising campaigns. We utilize telemarketing to start per-registering buyers months before the show, as well as a large street team campaign to ensure a strong physical presence. We understand the importance of being out in the community, all Indo Expo employees live in either the Denver or Portland areas. Our team attends Cannabis events, work with local farmers, visit grow sites, dispensaries, head shops and hydro stores to ensure we are always networking and growing.
What type of stores/people attend the Show?
Growers of all scales, Owners, Executives, Managers, Buyers of; Dispensaries, Grow Stores, Smoke Shops and Canna Businesses. Extractors Investors, Apparel Stores, Gift Stores, Jewelry & Accessories Stores, Art & Glass Galleries, Souvenir Shops and more.
May I distribute swag from my booth?
Yes. Promotional items are a great way to attract people to your booth and build awareness about your brand. But it is not mandatory. If you are interested in participating please bring items to the exhibitor services desk during the first day of move in. More details will be provided by your show coordinator
May I offer THC samples, edibles or distribute THC products at the Show?
No. It is illegal to distribute, consume or purchase any THC products at the INDO EXPO Show.
May I bring my dog to the Show?
While we love pets, please do not bring your dogs any INDO EXPO Show. Only service animals are allowed. All service animals must be on a leash and with the owner at all times.
Is there an age limit on attending the INDO EXPO SHOW?
Yes, all attendees and participants must be 18+. No strollers or children under 18 are allowed on the show floor. This is for both exhibitors and attendees.
Am I allowed to partner or share my booth/table space with another company?
No. Only ONE company per table is allowed; only one company may be promoted per table.
I am a multi-line distributor, may I promote all the products within my portfolio?
Yes, but INDO will NOT promote, market, or advertise any line except the main company contracted for this booth/table space. .
